All clients will be deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions as laid our hereafter upon agreement and signature of our 'Consent Form'.
Canine Companion will not confirm any booking until such time as a free 'home visit' has been carried out and the aforementioned 'Consent Form' has been agreed and signed by the client.
Payment terms are as agreed by both parties.
The client is responsible for all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for at all times.
The holding of keys and risk related to access to property is undertaken entirely at the risk of the client.
The client is fully responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how incurred, whilst your pet is in the care of Canine Companion.
Canine Companion undertakes to care for the clients dog to the very best of our ability at all times. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the dog is well looked after in the clients absence, Canine Companion cannot be held responsible for any injury to, or loss of the clients dog either inside or outside of the home. Furthermore, nor can we be held liable for any loss or injury to another animal or persons that may be caused directly by the clients dog whilst in the care of Canine Companion.
Canine Companion undertakes to be flexible with regard it's clients requests and commitments. In the event of cancellation, however, a reasonable period of notice is expected. Any cancellation on the day of the booking may incur the full cost.
All dogs will be exercised on the lead at all times unless prior agreement has been reached with the client to do otherwise.
All dogs will be walked singly - Canine Companion does not advocate 'group walking'. On occasion two dogs may be walked together but in any event the clients will be fully cognisant.
Canine Companion reserves the right to cancel any 'Client Agreement' with one week notice of termination.
